LGT takes your privacy and the protection of your personal data seriously.

 

LGT will use your Personal Data for the purpose of processing payments, issuing tickets, keeping you informed about the experience you have booked through us, requesting your feedback and keeping you updated of special offers and latest news.

 

LGT only collects your personal data directly from you or through a third party that you have booked your experience through. This information includes your name, email address, phone number,  country of residence, city of residence and postcode. We require this information to add your name to our guest lists for experiences, send you your tickets and keep you informed of any changes to your booked experiences. We also collect data to check that any emails sent to you have been received. If you contact us by email, we may keep a record of that correspondence.

 

We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type to ensure our websites display correctly. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and pattern and does not identify any individual.

 

We will also use your email address to send you information from time to time of any special promotions and offers. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time by selecting ‘unsubscribe’ or emailing us at hello@lanternghosttours.com.

 

Any personal data you have supplied us will be kept on file, for the viewing of Lantern Ghost Tours employees only. It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us. We will never send your data to any third parties unless you have agreed to it.
